Members are individuals who sign-up with SuggestionBox.com for free and can then make suggestions. Subscribers are the groups, organizations, and companies that are committed to their customers, partners, users, and prospects. Members submit their suggestions to subscribers.
Can I be both a member and a SuggestionBox.com subscriber?
Yes, of course. As a suggester (member) just use your personal email address. To manage your SuggestionBox.com subscriber account, use a work email address. It's that simple.

Why do you require my email address to make a suggestion but state that I remain anonymous?
Great question. Part of the interaction of SuggestionBox.com is that you have your own inbox where you can keep track of all your suggestions as well as your Top SuggestionBox Pages. We need your email address to create the account that gives you access to all of these great features.
Is my email address safe?
Absolutely. We do not rent or sell emails. Your information is completely confidential.
As a member, how do I know my feedback, suggestion, or comment doesn’t just fall into some online trashbin?
This is the core of SuggestionBox.com. To submit your suggestions, the SuggestionBox requires a contact email address to be active within our system. We will make sure we deliver the suggestion and follow up with the company to let them know they have a suggestion waiting. You can also keep track of the activity and status of your suggestions in your dashboard area.
As a member, how do I know the targeted company / group / organization is listening and will respond?
All of the active SuggestionBox Pages have someone managing them, waiting for great ideas from members. If you see a “Claim This SuggestionBox Page” link, it means we are working with them to get their SuggestionBox Page set up.
Can I remain anonymous yet still track the progress of my suggestion?
Yes. You can choose to share your user name, your real name, or remain anonymous. In all cases, you will be able to track your ideas and suggestions.
Can I delete my suggestions?
We allow you to archive your suggestions. Think of it as tucking them away for safe keeping until the day when you want to go back and enjoy all your great ideas you’ve had over the years.
Can I change my username?
