Collaborate with your Customers
Building better relationships requires more than listening. When that listening leads to conversation, responding ensures that it's a two way street. You need to start a conversation by responding. Collaborate with your customers, collaborate with your employees and turn good ideas into great relationships.

Respond with Status Updates
Let your customers know you have received their suggestions and that you are looking into it. Every time the status changes, an email is sent out to the Suggester and followers.

Private Messages
Send a pivate message directly to the Suggester. Ask them questions to better understand their idea and their mindset. Private messages let you start a private one-on-one conversation.

Comments
With official public comments, you and your customers can collaborate on suggestions. Other Suggesters can contribute to the conversation as well.

Auto-Responders
Never leave a suggestion untouched. Setup auto-responders for your suggestion groups to send out a specific message for any new suggestions that become part of that suggestion group.

Broadcast Messages
Broadcast messaging allows you to send a message to all the Suggesters and followers in a suggestion group. Use broadcast messaging to make announcements related to the suggestion (such as product announcements, etc)

Collaborate Internally
With the internal scoreboard, you can get feedback on a suggestion from others in your company who have access to your SuggestionBox. The internal scoreboard keeps track of votes - pro and con, as well as any comments associated with the votes. Only users who have access to the SuggestionBox can see the internal scoreboard.
