Monitor Customer Feedback in Real-Time

Stay on top on new suggestions as they come in. Each time a new suggestion is submitted you will receive an email notification with a link to access the suggestion in your dashboard.

Quick and Simple Organization

Quickly and easily find suggestions based on their current status (New, Under Review, Future, Coming Soon, Implemented, or Filed Away) or by categories you create. With an unlimited number of custom categories, you can organize your suggestions how you want.

Create Suggestion Groups

Similar suggestions can easily be grouped together. When you respond to the suggestion group, each Suggester will get notified. It's all about efficiency.

We understand that not everything is for the public eye. You control what suggestions are made public for all Suggesters to see and which you want to keep private for internal use. It is as easy as checking/unchecking a box.

Get the Details on Your Suggestions

See how many people are following a particular suggestion, hoe many comments it has, how many other suggestions are in the group and what the community has rated it (if it's public).

Manage Your SuggestionBoxes and Internal Users

Quickly add new SuggestionBoxes and internal users. You can set user permissions to give some users access to certain SuggestionBoxes and categories but not others.
