SuggestionBox.com is built using the Python framework Django. Our hosted solution is non-invasive, requires very little IT knowledge and plugs right into any size website. We've created two ways for you to capture feedback, both onsite and offsite.
What if I don't have a website?
You also receive your very own SuggestionBox page that you manage using our web-based dashboard. Think of this new page as your very first website and it's already tuned in to listen to your customers.
What if I already have a website and I want to keep my customers on my website?
The only component that you need to install is the suggestion form widget that is Javascript and HTML based. It easily "cuts and pastes" into any website or blog. Know a little HTML? Too easy. Need a little help? Just ask.
